Shipping:   Upon receipt of your order it should be processed within 2 business days. All orders for College Sports Watches are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground within 2-5 business days for all stock watches. If for some reason the watch you choose is not in stock you will be notified. Unstocked watches could take up to 6 weeks. You may choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for additional cost. That will only improve the shipping time not the processing time at the factory.

July Plant Closure: The plant will be closed from June 30th - July 11th 2008 for inventory and maintenance. Watch orders will ship within 2-3 business days after they are received until June 26th. Watch orders recived during shutdown will ship on the 14th of July.

December Plant Closure: To be announced later - Please get orders in early for Christmas to avoid the costly shipping costs.

Returns:  All items sold by College Sports Watches are 100% Product Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you may return it for credit , there is a 10% restocking fee and the shipping charges are non refundable. If product is defective you will receive 100% credit plus the shipping charges will be reimbursed also. Be sure to save the original packing and the original receipt. Should any discrepancies be found when receiving the merchandise contact me within 48 hours of receipt to report the problem. Contact me with your Name the order was made in, the item number and the reason for return and I will send you further instructions on where to send your package. If your shipment is damaged you need to notify the carrier as soon as possible.
